In Jackson Heights, coffee shops cluster around downtown offices, college campuses and the main commercial streets of residential neighborhoods, and the independents usually close by mid-afternoon while chains stay open into the evening. Across New York, drive-thru coffee stands and kiosks fill the gap in suburbs and along highways, and roasters often sell bags and brewing gear at the counter. Check the listing for hours, whether the cafe takes mobile orders, and its Google rating and recent reviews; parking is easiest at suburban locations, while downtown shops rely on street meters or nearby garages. Loyalty programs are common and worth joining if you are a regular.

Jackson Heights is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Jackson Heights follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I’m a self-proclaimed coffee snob and honestly, I’m pretty hard to please. If the color is off, I’m upset 😂 BUT that was definitely not the case here! Not only is this place super clean and beautifully decorated, but the employees are genuinely so friendly and welcoming. I wanted to try something a little different than my usual latte or iced coffee, so I went with their traditional iced coffee, and it was honestly one of the best I’ve had! The vibe here is fantastic. It’s aesthetically beautiful, comfortable, and absolutely a place I could see myself working or studying for a few hours. Even though I live a few stops away, I’ll definitely be coming back, and I’ll be recommending this spot to everyone I know! Such a great find. ☕️❤️

I saw this cafe stating it is serving Yemen coffee so I went in. Although the staff could not really tell me what the coffee would taste like except she said these coffee added spices. So i ordered Mofawar and it is a rich coffee. And it tastes good.

I visited Qahwah House today with my class and our teacher and we had such a wonderful experience. The cafe is absolutely breathtaking, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Everything was spotless, and the decor was stunning, with a lovely Middle Eastern inspired style that made the place feel very special and different from other places I’ve been to. The person who served us today, Fatima (not sure if I spelled her name right), was very sweet, welcoming, and wanted to make sure we were satisfied with everything. Since we were a large group, we ordered a variety of drinks, cakes, and other items to share, and everything tasted fresh, delicious, and high quality. Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Great food, beautiful ambience, excellent service, and a very welcoming environment.

Beautiful cafe in the area. I’m a fan of the Yemeni coffee they have on the menu and it really is delicious. Went during Sunday brunch and it was very busy. I had ordered my coffee iced but they forgot eh. The napoleon cake was good but fell apart on me. Still ate it anyways. As for the overall aesthetics, beautiful decor and furnishings. I just wish staff cleaned up after customers regularly bc getting a seat at a messy table is a no-no especially if I’m spending $20 pp here. Also, having dined during peak brunch, I saw several single patrons with their computers at tables taking up space during peak brunch hours. I think there should be some rule for this but up to the owner. Overall, I believe this place gets a lot of 5 stars bc it really is beautiful. But for the coffee and pastries alone, I would go somewhere else especially since I feel the service could be better.

I am a fan of Qahwa Valley and loved their new location in Jackson Heights. Best place on for authentic coffee experience! The atmosphere is warm and the decor is beyond amazing, and the entire place is impressively clean, and the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming.😍😍♥️🌸 The real surprise is the Basement Lounge—a traditional Arabic seating (Jalsa) area that is incredibly cozy with a TV and soft music, making it the perfect private escape to relax with friends. I ordered the Mofawar coffee, the pistachio Honeycomb bread, and their delicious Trileçe, and they were all so nice! I honestly recommend everything; it is all so good. A stunning, authentic gem in Queens! ☕✨🇾🇪
